The aim of the developed mobile application is to inform general public and service users for the social and family services provided by CSWs and NGOs and to provide users with detailed information about services, contact information, and referral process. Save the Children International in Kosova/o is seeking a local company to develop a mobile application for Android and iOS to inform public about available social and family services. This will be achieved through three (3) components. Through the project “Strengthening Social Service Provision for the most Vulnerable Groups in Kosovo in Response to Covid-19”, financed by European Union Office in Kosovo, Save the Children Kosova/o aims to contribute to an effective transformation of social services system in Kosovo to improve quality and availability of the local social and community-based services for children and vulnerable people living at social risk. It also advocates for legislation and policies to incorporate inclusive practices and establish financial mechanisms to support systemic responses and therefore achieve long-lasting positive changes for all girls and boys.
